1. Data to be Deleted

• Profile information (email, nickname, profile photo)
• Challenge progress records and verification photos
• Buddy matches and message history
• Letters and notes you've written
• Achievements, badges, and statistics data

2. How to Request Deletion

Click the button below to send a deletion request email. Including your registered email address and the reason for your request will help us process it faster.

3. Processing Time

Once your deletion request is received, processing will be completed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when the process is complete.

4. Important Notice

Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Please back up any data you need before requesting deletion. If you are using a paid service, please review our refund policy first.
