Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between StellaDev (hereinafter "Company") and its members regarding the use of the mobile application service "Day100" (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Payment and Merchant of Record Notice)

The payment process for paid content and subscriptions of this Service is conducted by Paddle.com, which acts as the Company's online reseller and Merchant of Record. Members can receive assistance regarding all payment-related inquiries (payment errors, taxes, etc.) through Paddle.com or the Company's customer support center.

Article 3 (Provision of Service)

"Day100" provides a mobile platform where users can perform and verify micro-challenges over 100 days. The Company strives to provide stable service and will announce in advance when maintenance is scheduled.

Article 4 (Account and Security)

Members are responsible for safely managing their account information and may not transfer or lend their account to others.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content, designs, trademarks, etc. provided within the Service are assets of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction and distribution is prohibited, except for non-commercial personal use by members.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized access by third parties, or circumstances attributable to the member.
