Day100 prioritizes member satisfaction above all. This refund policy applies to all orders processed through Paddle.
1. Refund Policy
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
2. Digital Content Exception
This service is digital content. Once you start a challenge (complete your first challenge), you are considered to have begun using the digital content, and your right of withdrawal will no longer apply. This is in accordance with Paddle's Consumer Terms.
3. Service Error
If the service is unavailable due to reasons attributable to the Company, a refund will be provided regardless of the time period.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact support@stella-dev.org with the following information. Processing will be handled through the Paddle system.
• Order number (listed in the email received from Paddle)
• Purchase date
• Reason for refund request
5. Processing Time
Once a refund request is received, review will be completed within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, refund will be processed within 5-10 days depending on the payment method.
